Charing Cross Gateway (CXG) represents a chance to develop a masterplan for a key city centre interchange and encourage city centre living. The masterplan for Charing Cross Gateway will focus on 300 Bath Street, previously known as Tay House, along with Elmbank Gardens, the office complex on the corner of Newton Street/Bath Street.

We are bringing forward a holistic masterplan for a mixed-use development incorporating mixed tenure residential, student accommodation, offices, retail, leisure and community facilities. The proposals have been developed using feedback from local residents and other key stakeholders obtained from the first public consultation event. Public Consultation

This is our second public consultation, following an event in August. Find out more and leave your comments at our event to take place on Tuesday 24th October between 2pm - 7pm at 300 Bath Street.
